Tesla has updated the Model 3 lineup in the US, Puerto Rico, and Mexico by installing a 16-inch center touchscreen across all trims. This display replaces the previous 15.4-inch unit and matches the upgrade recently introduced in the Chinese market.

The Model 3 Performance now features a black headliner, an increased EPA-estimated range of 316 miles, and a peak power output of 528 hp. The acceleration time for this trim remains at 2.9 seconds for 0 to 60 mph.

The Model 3 Premium AWD trim saw a performance improvement, with its 0 to 60 mph acceleration time reduced to 3.8 seconds from 4.2 seconds. This version offers an EPA-estimated range of 346 miles.

Pricing for the Model 3 remains unchanged. The base RWD model starts at $36,990, the Premium RWD at $42,490, the Premium AWD at $47,490, and the Performance trim at $54,990.

Despite the updates, the US Model 3 does not support vehicle-to-load functionality, unlike the version sold in China. Additionally, the new light gray interior option is not available in the North American configurator, and Canada is currently excluded from the screen upgrade.
