Tenzor, the developer of the Saby platform, has secured the top position in the CNews Analytics ranking of electronic document management system providers for the fourth consecutive year. The company's revenue for 2025 reached approximately 3.48 ₽ billion, marking a 27.6% increase compared to the previous year. This growth was driven by a steady expansion of the company's client base.
The company outperformed the broader market, as the total revenue of the top 20 document management providers grew by 15%, reaching nearly 20.4 ₽ billion. Notably, 22% of the companies included in the ranking reported a decline in revenue. Market trends indicate a shift toward integrating document systems with other corporate services and automating broader operational processes.
Looking ahead, the industry is moving toward incorporating artificial intelligence into document workflows. Elena Zagrebova, head of Saby Docs, noted that the company is focusing on automating tasks surrounding document management, such as approvals and data processing. The goal is to integrate these systems into the broader digital infrastructure of modern enterprises.
The ranking also highlighted other major players in the sector. Directum followed in second place with a revenue of 2.87 ₽ billion, while ELMA secured the third spot with 1.9 ₽ billion. Digital Design and EOS rounded out the top five, reporting revenues of 1.77 ₽ billion and 1.31 ₽ billion, respectively.
