London-based startup Tenka has secured pre-seed funding in a round led by Maven 11, with participation from Gami Capital and several angel investors. The deal closed on September 17, 2026.

The company is developing an on-chain platform to facilitate loan origination, placement, and secondary market trading for asset-backed finance. The infrastructure aims to provide liquidity for private credit positions before loan maturity.

The platform will integrate with Tranched.fi for on-chain securitization and verification. It will also feature weekly net asset value calculations and standardized reporting to replace traditional quarterly PDF updates.

Access to the platform is restricted to professional and eligible investors through permissioned wallets, with mandatory KYC and AML procedures. The architecture relies on audited smart contracts.

The product suite includes two primary instruments: tkUSD, a senior vault targeting an 8-9% annual yield with weekly liquidity, and Deal Vaults, offering facility-specific exposure with an expected yield of 10-20%.

Tenka plans to launch the platform in Q4 2026. The project focuses on bridging the gap between private credit originators and investors seeking exit strategies.
