The Axelot WMS system has been deployed at a warehouse complex in Voskresensk, Moscow Region, serving four strategic business units of Technonicol. The facility covers a total area of 100,000 square meters and manages an inventory of 1,600 stock-keeping units.
The integrated business units include bitumen materials and granules, polymer insulation, residential and low-rise construction, as well as mastics and construction chemicals. The warehouse infrastructure features both indoor floor storage and outdoor storage areas.
Axelot WMS automates product receiving, placement, replenishment of picking zones, and shipping processes. The implementation allows for continuous logistics operations and improved inventory management accuracy across all four business directions.
The project was executed with reduced involvement from the Axelot team. Some units were launched independently by the client, while others were completed with either on-site or remote support from Axelot specialists.
