TANAiS has transitioned to the Directum Projects system to unify project management, finances, and documentation. The company replaced multiple disparate systems with a fully import-independent solution, implementing the Project Planning and Agile Boards modules. Since Directum RX was already the primary workspace, the transition was seamless, utilizing no-code and low-code tools for software adaptation.

The new ecosystem allows for calendar-network planning, project document management, and employee workload management via Kanban boards. This integration has reduced resource planning time by half and enabled end-to-end analytics, which has accelerated the project schedule adaptation to changes by four times.

Currently, the system is used by 80 specialists involved in project activities. The need for manual control has decreased as managers and participants now access information through a single window. TANAiS plans to further expand the system by implementing Portfolios and Programs and the Directum Omni super-app.
