Saudi fintech firm Tabby has secured $233 million in equity funding, reaching a post-money valuation of $6.5 billion. The investment round was led by Blue Pool Capital, with additional participation from HSG, Wellington Management, and Arbor Ventures.

The company's valuation has grown significantly, rising from $1.5 billion in late 2023 to $4.5 billion in October 2025. Tabby has maintained profitability since 2023 and currently reports an annualized transaction volume exceeding $18 billion.

The platform serves approximately 25 million registered users across more than 70,000 partner merchants, including Amazon and Shein. The new capital includes liquidity options for employees and is subject to approval by the Saudi Central Bank.

Tabby is expanding its service offerings beyond buy-now-pay-later to include credit, payments, and money management. The firm is currently seeking new financial licenses in Saudi Arabia and the UAE to support its growth and diversify revenue streams.
