T2 has updated its mobile application to streamline the SIM card self-registration process for new customers. The operator has removed the requirement to install third-party software, such as Gosklyuch, to complete the contract signing procedure.
The new workflow integrates directly with the Gosuslugi platform. Users can now generate a digital signature and sign their service agreements within the T2 app interface. According to the company, this change reduces the number of steps required for activation.
Ivan Rybintsev, Director of Development and Digitalization of Services at T2, stated that the company is focused on simplifying user journeys by eliminating unnecessary transitions and applications. This update is part of a broader strategy to optimize digital service efficiency.
