T2, a Russian mobile operator, has expanded its T2 Karta payment product to all regions of its presence. The service, which was initially launched in 11 regions in September 2026, is now available to the entire subscriber base of the company.
The T2 Karta is a virtual Mir card developed in partnership with the fintech company Paygine. It allows users to make daily purchases, transfer funds to any bank via the Faster Payments System, and manage their finances directly through the operator's platform.
The product includes a loyalty program offering cashback in bonus rubles at a rate of up to 13% per annum, which can be converted into regular rubles. Additionally, subscribers receive a 30% discount on mobile services when paying their tariff with the new card.
The card is available exclusively to adult Russian residents who are T2 subscribers, with a limit of one card per customer. Transaction and storage limits are determined by the user's identification level, utilizing the Banking-as-a-Service model provided by Paygine.
