Bazalt SPO and Top Systems have confirmed the native compatibility of the T-Flex CAD engineering software with the Alt Workstation operating system. The integration was verified through testing, ensuring that core design and 3D modeling functions operate directly within the Alt environment.

The native version of T-Flex CAD is now available for users of the 18th version of the software. It supports full interoperability with projects created in the Windows version and maintains integration with T-Flex DOCs, allowing for seamless adoption within existing PLM workflows.

Alt Workstation, which features the GNOME desktop environment, is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software under number 1292. It is also recognized as a recommended operating system within the Rostec corporate standard and supports a wide range of Nvidia graphics cards.

This certification marks a shift toward independent engineering infrastructure for industrial sectors, including aerospace, automotive, and defense. Similar industry moves occurred earlier in 2026, when Ascon confirmed the compatibility of Kompas-3D v25 with Alt Workstation 11.
