Systeme Electric has supplied hardware and software to the developer Forma for its building automation systems. The technology is currently deployed at the Portland residential complex in Moscow.

The project utilizes the Systeme Building Operation platform, a SCADA-class software developed by Systeme Soft, a subsidiary of Systeme Electric. The software is officially registered in the Russian Ministry of Digital Development's software registry.

The platform supports IoT and IIoT technologies alongside universal communication protocols. It is designed to manage and monitor building engineering systems effectively.

Forma plans to scale the use of Systeme Building Operation across all its residential projects. The company intends to establish a centralized dispatch center to optimize maintenance resources and reduce operational costs.
