The number of public and municipal institutions using the Portals of Suppliers platform has surpassed 65,000. According to Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, the platform has expanded its reach across 48 Russian regions over its 13-year history. About half of the current users are based in Moscow, the Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, and Chelyabinsk regions, and the Krasnodar Territory.
In 2026 alone, five new regions joined the system, including the Kursk, Jewish Autonomous, and Lipetsk regions, the Donetsk People's Republic, and the Kamchatka Territory. Organizations from the Perm and Primorsky territories, Moscow, the Ryazan region, and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug showed the highest activity in joining the platform this year.
The platform currently hosts over 410,000 entrepreneurs offering more than 3.6 million unique items. Daily operations on the portal involve the conclusion of over 1,500 contracts. The system is designed to automate small-volume procurement, with users frequently purchasing manufactured goods, architectural and engineering services, and paper products.
The Moscow Department for Competition Policy serves as the functional client for the portal, while the Department of Information Technologies of Moscow manages its technical development. These efforts align with the national project Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State and the regional Digital Public Administration project.
