Sunwoda is developing a charging ecosystem centered on its 15C battery technology, which was introduced in the spring of 2026. The company plans to deploy 10,000 megawatt charging stations by the end of 2027, integrating renewable energy infrastructure and liquid-cooled chargers.

The Xingchi Supercharge Battery 2.0 features an energy capacity of 98.8 kWh and a voltage of 844.8 volts. At room temperature, the pack charges from 10 to 70 percent in five minutes and reaches 97 percent in nine minutes. One minute of charging adds 100 kilometers of range.

Performance remains high in cold conditions, with a 10 to 97 percent charge taking 15 minutes at minus 20 degrees Celsius. The battery is rated for a lifespan of 1,500 cycles and carries a warranty covering 10 years or 300,000 kilometers for vehicle owners.

The new open platform supports vehicles from various manufacturers, not just those using Sunwoda batteries. It connects fast-charging units with stationary storage and photovoltaics. The system also includes AI-based monitoring capable of predicting over 20 fault types.

Sunwoda aims to compete with other Chinese manufacturers in the fast-charging sector. BYD, for instance, has already commissioned 10,000 charging stations and plans to reach 20,000 by the end of 2026, while companies like Dongfeng and Hongqi are also developing high-power systems.
