Sugon has announced the approval of a new national standard project titled Technical Specifications for High-Speed Network Management of Intelligent Computing Clusters, registered under number 20264903-T-469. The initiative, led by Sugon, involves collaboration with over ten industry, academic, and research organizations.
This project marks the first national standard for RDMA high-speed networking in China. The development aims to address the lack of unified management protocols, which has previously led to compatibility issues between different vendor solutions, complex configuration requirements, and high maintenance costs.
The new standard establishes uniform technical requirements for network configuration, operational management, status monitoring, and fault localization. It also defines specific testing methodologies to ensure consistency across intelligent computing clusters.
By standardizing these processes, the project seeks to reduce barriers to entry for building large-scale computing clusters and lower long-term operational expenses. This move is expected to support the scalable development of domestic intelligent computing infrastructure.
