Tatiana Tyulina, a student at School No. 51 and a graduate of the Altair Children's Technology Park at RTU MIREA, has developed a multifunctional application. The software integrates a touch-typing trainer, a foreign language learning tool, and a reaction speed test.
The application is built using Python, the PyQt6 library for the graphical interface, and SQLite for database management. It consists of three modules: a typing trainer that tracks speed and errors, a vocabulary module with interactive exercises, and a reaction game involving clicking on targets.
The system provides detailed analytics for each module, including error rates, hit counts, and personal records. The developer plans to introduce user authorization, cloud-based statistics storage, custom vocabulary sets, and personalized recommendations based on user performance.
According to Alexander Borisov, a lecturer at the Altair technology park, the project demonstrates a professional approach to software architecture and database design. RTU MIREA Rector Stanislav Kudzh noted that the project highlights the effectiveness of the park's mentorship programs.
