Strive Inc. has successfully closed a capital raise for its Series A Perpetual SATS Preferred Stock. The company increased the offering from 5 million to 7 million shares, priced at $90 per share. This generated approximately $630 million in gross proceeds, with a notional stated value of around $700 million based on a $100 par value.
The preferred stock offers a fixed 15% cumulative annual dividend on the $100 stated amount, resulting in an effective yield of roughly 16.7% at the IPO price. Dividend payments are scheduled to begin on November 9, 2026. The company has established reserves to cover up to 18 months of these payouts.
Strive intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, specifically targeting Bitcoin acquisitions. As of mid-October 2026, the company holds approximately 35,595 BTC, up from the 7,500 to 7,600 BTC held at the end of 2025. Strive has maintained a debt-free balance sheet since May 2026, leaving its Bitcoin holdings unpledged.
The settlement for the offering is expected on October 20, 2026. This marks the company's second preferred equity offering, following the SATA offering that closed in November 2025. Strive is currently listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ASST.
