Strive, a company listed on the Nasdaq, has expanded its bitcoin holdings by purchasing 3,311 coins over the past week. According to a recent filing, the firm now holds a total of 32,773 BTC. At current market prices, this reserve is valued at approximately $2,7 billion.

The company currently ranks as the fifth largest publicly traded holder of bitcoin. Unlike some other corporate treasuries that have faced financial pressure, Strive operates without debt, margin requirements, or encumbered assets. CEO Matt Cole confirmed the firm maintains a debt-free balance sheet.

Strive’s stock, traded under the ticker ASST, has seen a year-to-date increase of nearly 60 percent. This performance contrasts with several other bitcoin treasuries that have experienced stock declines and forced asset sales. The company was founded by entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy.

In January 2026, Strive completed the acquisition of Semler Scientific in an all-stock transaction. This deal marked the first time a publicly traded bitcoin treasury acquired another company within the same sector. Strive officially entered the bitcoin treasury market last year.
