The purchase, totaling approximately $36.6 million, was financed through the sale of the company's SATA perpetual preferred stock. The notional value of these outstanding shares has now exceeded $1 billion, with the total count reaching 10.4 million shares.
As of September 11, the firm reported $204.2 million in cash and cash equivalents, alongside 505,000 shares of STRC preferred stock valued at $49.8 million. Strive became a publicly traded entity in September 2025 following a merger with Asset Entities.
Strive's market capitalization currently stands at approximately $2.5 billion. The company's stock rally has pushed share prices above the $27 exercise price for warrants expiring in mid-October, which could generate over $700 million in new capital.
