Strategy acquired 250 BTC between October 5 and October 11, spending $21.5 million. The average purchase price, including fees, reached $86,194 per coin. This transaction brings the company's total holdings to a record 848,250 BTC, which were accumulated for a total of $64 billion at an average price of $75,444 per unit.

To fund the Bitcoin acquisition, the firm raised $21 million by selling approximately 125,000 shares of its MSTR common stock through an at-the-market program, supplementing the purchase with $500,000 in cash. Additionally, the company repurchased 1,932,145 shares of its STRC preferred stock for $192.4 million.

Following these transactions, the company retains $354.8 million available under its preferred share buyback program. As of October 11, Strategy maintains a $4.88 billion reserve for dividends and debt interest, alongside $640.5 million in cash designated for broader corporate purposes, including future Bitcoin purchases.

The firm has proposed that dividends for its preferred stock accrue throughout the entire year. Furthermore, Strategy has indicated the possibility of selling up to $1.25 billion worth of Bitcoin under its digital credit capital framework. Despite recent activity, market participants on the Myriad platform assign only a 5% probability to the firm reaching one million BTC by year-end.
