The Prysm digital platform, developed by Manufaqtury, has been deployed at the Stone Leninsky and Tower D business centers. These facilities, managed by Stone Office, were commissioned in the summer of 2026 and are currently in the tenant handover phase.

The deployment is part of a long-term partnership aimed at integrating the platform into 13 Class A business centers by 2030. The total area of these properties managed by Stone is approximately 850,000 square meters.

Current digital features include a pass management system integrated with SIGUR access control, enabling digital guest passes. Future updates will introduce QR-based access for parking and BLE-based permanent digital passes for residents.

The platform includes a Marketplace module, updated in September 2026, allowing residents to order services like cleaning or repairs and access offers from onsite operators. Partners can now manage their own service catalogs and visual content.

In September 2026, the platform also launched a Rental module for tracking contracts, vacancy rates, and revenue, alongside a digital twin feature that links 3D building visualizations with floor plans and tenant data.
