Special envoy Steve Witkoff reported a total income of $107 million for the 2025 calendar year, according to a filing with the US Office of Government Ethics. This amount marks a significant increase from the $34 million he declared in the previous year.

The income is consolidated through a holding company, covering multiple business interests including World Liberty Financial. This crypto firm, co-founded in 2024 by the Trump and Witkoff families, issues a governance token and the USD1 stablecoin. Zach Witkoff currently serves as the company CEO.

Previous sales of WLFI tokens generated approximately $130 million for entities associated with the Witkoff family. Additionally, a Trump-linked entity is entitled to 75% of net proceeds from specific token sales. Part of the company stake was sold to entities connected to Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the UAE.

While discussions regarding the divestment of Witkoff’s financial interests have been noted in past disclosures, a complete separation has not been finalized. The company structure includes profit-sharing agreements that ensure revenue continues to flow through family-linked entities regardless of ongoing divestment talks.
