Stellantis is implementing a large-scale initiative to address ongoing quality issues across its vehicle portfolio. CEO Antonio Filosa announced that the company has established nearly 50 dedicated quality war rooms to identify and resolve defects more efficiently.

The automaker has recruited more than 2,000 engineers to staff these specialized units. These teams are tasked with analyzing and fixing specific problems across the company's various brands and vehicle lines before products reach consumers.

The company has set a strategic goal to reach the first quartile in quality rankings across all segments and markets by 2028. This objective aims to place Stellantis brands within the top 25 percent of the industry in terms of reliability within two years.
