SteelSeries has officially released the Aeon Pro controller in China, priced at ¥2599. The device features an integrated OLED display that allows users to adjust settings directly on the controller.
The controller utilizes a modular battery system compatible with various SteelSeries headsets, offering between 11 and 14 hours of battery life per module. It supports tri-mode connectivity and achieves a 1kHz polling rate on PC.
The hardware includes Hall effect sensor joysticks and magnetic swappable joystick modules. The triggers offer a switchable mechanism between Hall effect sensors and mechanical microswitches, while 18 other inputs, including the D-Pad and back buttons, use mechanical switches.
