Sports Illustrated Tickets is expanding its blockchain-based ticketing platform into the English Premier League. The company has finalized 12-year partnerships with Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur to integrate its Avalanche-powered Box Office infrastructure into their operations.

The agreement with Aston Villa, signed in May 2026, includes naming rights for the 3,500-capacity Sports Illustrated Warehouse at Villa Park. While the partnership with Tottenham Hotspur begins in 2025, both deals currently prioritize branding, hospitality, and fan experience over primary ticketing management.

SeatGeek remains the primary ticketing operator for Villa Park. CEO David Lane stated that the platform aims to increase its business volume by two or three times in the coming years through combined revenue from ticketing and hospitality services.

The company is currently focused on its first full-scale onchain transition at the Sports Illustrated Stadium in the US, formerly known as Red Bull Arena, with completion targeted for 2026. There are no confirmed timelines for implementing similar full-scale operations in the UK.
