SpaceXAI has joined the Omacom Foundation as a founding member, contributing $1.5 million in Grok tokens to support the Omarchy Linux project. This investment replaces traditional cash grants with direct access to AI computational resources for project teams.
The allocated tokens will fund automated agents and development teams focused on code reviews, bug fixes, UI design, and hardware porting. The Omacom Foundation plans to integrate Grok 4.7 and future versions into Omabot, an automated tool for processing pull requests.
According to the foundation, the project currently manages nearly 7,000 open pull requests from over 550 contributors. While the total budget of the foundation is estimated at $23.2 million following the contribution, specific usage limits remain undisclosed.
This partnership highlights a shift toward providing AI service access as a form of project support. The actual impact on development efficiency and code review speed will be determined by future performance metrics released by the foundation.
