SpaceX has prepared the Crew Dragon Freedom 250 spacecraft for the upcoming Crew-13 mission. The vehicle is currently mounted on a Falcon 9 rocket at the SLC-40 launch complex in Florida, as confirmed by recent imagery released by the company.
The mission is scheduled to launch on October 1, 2026. The crew includes Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteriatnikov, NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney, and Canadian Space Agency astronaut Joshua Kutryk.
Upon arrival at the International Space Station, the new crew will begin the handover process with the outgoing Crew-12 mission. The current crew, which includes Russian cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev, is expected to undock from the station no earlier than October 5.
