SpaceWeb reports an 84% increase in cloud service connections among virtual hosting users over the last three quarters. The number of clients integrating additional cloud tools has nearly tripled during this period. Data indicates a shift away from relying on a single hosting model for web projects.
Web developers and advertising agencies managing multiple projects account for 44% of these cloud integrations. In most cases, cloud services complement existing hosting rather than replacing it. VPS solutions dominate this trend with 87% of connections, while object storage S3 accounts for 12%.
Founded in 2001, SpaceWeb currently hosts over 220,000 websites for nearly 200,000 clients. The company offers a portfolio of approximately 40 hosting and cloud products, including private clouds, Kubernetes, and database management tools. Commercial Director Alexey Shashkin noted that the infrastructure is designed to scale without requiring project migration.
