Solar and F6 have announced a technological partnership to enhance web traffic security. The integration connects the Solar webProxy Secure Web Gateway with the F6 Malware Detonation Platform to improve the detection of malicious files.
The solution addresses the challenge of high traffic volumes in financial, industrial, and government sectors. In 2025, archives such as ZIP, RAR, and 7Z accounted for 37% of all web threats, often masking malicious code.
The integration uses the ICAP protocol to filter traffic before it reaches the sandbox. By excluding service files like fonts and icons, the system optimizes resource usage and accelerates the analysis of suspicious objects.
Solar webProxy is certified by the FSTEC of Russia at the fourth trust level and is compatible with Astra Linux, ALD Pro, and Red Soft solutions. The partnership aims to streamline security operations for large-scale corporate infrastructures.
