In September, the number of monthly active programs on the Solana network reached 7,699, defined by at least one successful interaction. Out of approximately 42,470 to 42,633 total deployed programs, 3,118 showed sustained user interaction.
The network saw a 38.5% increase in funded wallets, totaling 16.10 million in September. Daily active addresses for stablecoins grew by 269% year-over-year, reaching 888,000.
Arbitrage and sandwich bots lead the active program categories with 877 entries. Other categories include 315 DeFi applications, 288 cross-chain bridges, 222 gaming and casino projects, and 168 swap protocols.
Pump.fun AMM and Jupiter Aggregator v6 were identified as the most active individual programs over the last 30 days. The high number of active bot programs indicates a significant MEV economy on the network.
