Snorkel AI has secured $350 million in a funding round, pushing its valuation to $3.5 billion. This figure marks a significant increase from the $1.3 billion valuation the company reached in May 2025 following a $100 million investment.

The round was led by Insight Partners and S32, with support from new investors including March Capital, Blumberg Capital, and Third Point Ventures. Existing backers such as Greylock, Lightspeed, and GV also participated in the financing.

The company reported that its annualized revenue run-rate grew from approximately $20 million to over $350 million within a year. This growth is largely attributed to the data-as-a-service business model introduced in September 2025.

Snorkel AI intends to utilize the new capital to expand its agentic data factory, which provides specialized datasets and reinforcement-learning environments. The company also plans to hire additional researchers and engineers to support its enterprise and government operations.

Founded in 2019 by Stanford AI lab researchers, the startup now serves frontier AI labs, hyperscalers, and the U.S. federal government. The company expects to achieve profitability within the current year.
