The Smart #2 electric two-seater debuted at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. The vehicle measures 2,746 mm in length, with the Couture Edition reaching 2,764 mm. It features a turning circle of 6.95 meters and is built on the new Electric Compact Architecture platform.
The car is powered by a rear-mounted electric motor with 80 horsepower and 130 Nm of torque. It weighs 1,140 kg and includes a 35.8-kWh LFP battery, providing a WLTP range of up to 290 km. DC fast charging at 65 kW allows a 10 to 80 percent charge in 20 minutes.
The interior includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen and an 8.8-inch driver display. The trunk offers 305 liters of space, expandable to 527 liters. Safety features include seven airbags, adaptive cruise control, and lane-keeping assistance.
The European lineup includes Pure, Pure+, and Premium versions, alongside a limited Couture Edition of 999 units. Preorders start at under €20 000, with the Couture Edition priced at around €25 500. The vehicle will launch in Europe in the first half of 2027.
