Skyworth has unveiled its new HarmonyOS-integrated heat pump washer-dryer series, featuring standard and Pro models. Both versions are scheduled for market release in November, with pricing set at ¥5,399 for the standard unit and ¥6,499 for the Pro variant. Consumers can purchase these appliances through Huawei Mall, JD.com, and physical Huawei retail locations.
The machines offer a capacity of 13kg for washing and 9kg for drying, meeting the latest national Grade 1 energy efficiency standards. Both models utilize a triple-inverter direct-drive heat pump system and include advanced features such as low-temperature drying and lint removal technology. The units are designed with a standard 850mm height to fit existing built-in cabinetry without requiring modifications.
Hygiene features include UV sterilization, silver ion cold water treatment, 60-degree Celsius mite removal, and self-cleaning cycles. The manufacturer reports a 100% mite removal rate and a 99.9% sterilization rate. The Pro model distinguishes itself with an independent fan system, dual TFT displays, millimeter-wave radar, and ambient lighting features.
Both models support NearLink connectivity, allowing users to monitor cycles and receive notifications via smartphones. The integration is part of a broader expansion of the HarmonyOS ecosystem, following a recent agreement where Skyworth and five other companies joined the HarmonyOS Smart Selection program. This collaboration covers product design, R&D, quality control, and sales.
