Skolkovo has launched the second phase of its Creative Cluster, focusing on media technologies. The new facility hosts 48 companies specializing in content production and distribution, including AI-driven video editing, virtual production, and VR solutions.

The site features a virtual production studio for real-time 3D graphics, an interactive showroom, a lecture hall, and a conference space for 300 people. A digital tree installation serves as the central hub, utilizing biometric and thermal sensors.

Residents include companies such as Ruform, TVIN3D, VR Concept, and Medware. These firms develop 3D avatars, VR training simulators, and AI-based video editing tools. Participants gain access to over 50 services from the Moscow Innovation Cluster.

The Skolkovo Foundation has supported digital creative industries since 2015, engaging over 2,500 startups. More than 200 companies have joined the foundation, benefiting from tax incentives, grants, and partnerships with 70 strategic industry players.
