SharonAI Holdings, an Australian AI infrastructure provider listed on Nasdaq under the ticker SHAZ, secured a $356 million senior secured debt facility on October 1, 2026. The financing was provided by Goldman Sachs and several private credit funds.
The loan is collateralized by the company's Nvidia GPUs and cash flows from existing customer contracts. SharonAI intends to use these funds to deploy compute infrastructure to fulfill current service agreements.
The company reports a customer offtake book valued at over $8.8 billion. CEO James Manning noted that the debt financing allows for expansion without equity dilution, with the interest rate on the facility set at 9.95%.
Over the past ten months, SharonAI has raised more than $2.6 billion in debt and equity. This includes a $1.6 billion round from June 2026, consisting of $900 million in equity and warrants, and $700 million in convertible notes due in 2032.
The company aims to deploy over 68,000 Nvidia GPUs by mid-2027 to achieve gigawatt-scale capacity across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region.
