Selectel has completed the acquisition of M1Cloud, a cloud service provider operated by Stack Group. The transaction involves the purchase of a 100% stake in the company for a total amount not exceeding 2.6 ₽ billion. This move is part of Selectel's broader strategy to strengthen its position in the cloud infrastructure market.
M1Cloud specializes in private cloud solutions hosted in Moscow-based data centers and has been operating for over 15 years. The company currently serves more than 170 medium and large enterprise clients. Its projected revenue for 2026 is estimated at 1.5 ₽ billion. Existing services for M1Cloud customers will remain unchanged following the acquisition.
Selectel reported a revenue of 10.2 ₽ billion for the first six months of 2026, marking a 14% year-over-year increase. The company's adjusted EBITDA margin reached 53% during this period. By the end of the first half of 2026, Selectel's client base expanded to 44,500 entities, supported by both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
