Security Vision has updated its platforms, introducing flexible event storage management and automated database maintenance. The update expands capabilities for managing event access and streamlines the modification of event types.

The platform now supports hot and cold storage settings for events. Users can define the duration events stay in hot storage, the retention period in cold storage, and the subsequent deletion, allowing archival events to be moved to slower disks.

Access to events and alerts is now based on the user's organization. The Multitenancy mechanism now extends to event and alert data, ensuring that users only see data associated with their organizational affiliation.

Database maintenance is now automated. System settings allow for scheduled Vacuum operations, index rebuilding, and the optimization of performance parameters. Additionally, the input form for 'File' properties now prohibits the upload of executable files.

The update also introduces syntax highlighting for code in input and output property forms. Event type property compositions can now be be modified—adding or removing properties—without requiring a storage re-index, simplifying data model evolution.

The licensing interface has been updated, and a separate license information page has been developed. If a license is missing or expired, a notification page is now displayed before the user logs into the platform. Widgets now support actions that open internal URL links and the ability to group objects into clusters based on specific conditions.
