Securitize, a platform for tokenized assets, has partnered with Anchorage Digital Bank to streamline the settlement process for its trades. This collaboration allows Securitize to mint and redeem stablecoins directly through the bank, bypassing traditional financial intermediaries.

Anchorage Digital Bank holds the distinction of being the first federally chartered crypto bank in the United States. This status ensures that the stablecoins used on the Securitize platform are subject to federal oversight by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Securitize currently manages over $4 billion in assets, including tokenized funds from BlackRock, Apollo, and KKR. By integrating with Anchorage, the platform aims to reduce the number of steps required for institutional investors to complete the payment portion of their transactions.

The stablecoin offerings from Anchorage include USDtb and USA₮. As of August 31, 2026, the USDtb stablecoin held approximately $530 million in reserves, with 99% of these reserves backed by BUIDL tokens.
