Securitize, a platform listed on the NYSE under the ticker SECZ, has increased the market capitalization of its tokenized stocks by over $250 million in the last 30 days. The broader tokenized equities market has grown from under $20 million in late 2024 to approximately $3.1 billion at its recent peak.
On July 2, 2026, Securitize conducted an IPO on the NYSE while simultaneously issuing tokenized shares on the Solana and Avalanche blockchains. This dual launch was valued between $266 million and $295 million. The company acts as a regulated transfer agent, operating under standard securities compliance frameworks.
The firm's total assets under management currently range between $4 billion and $5 billion, including funds managed in partnership with BlackRock. On the Avalanche network alone, Securitize's tokenized assets grew by 628% to reach approximately $770 million by mid-September 2026, accounting for nearly a quarter of the market.
By mid-2026, total transfer volumes in the tokenized asset sector reached $8.47 billion. In early September, a single transaction increased the on-chain market cap of SECZ by $29.2 million. The company notes that tokenization enables faster settlement, fractional ownership, and automated dividend distribution.
