SberDevices has unveiled a special edition of its SberBox Max media center, which now includes a dedicated game controller. The device was presented at the Moscow Startup Summit. The new gamepad is designed for seamless integration with the Sber ecosystem, including TV Sber products, and features a built-in GigaChat AI integration for voice control.
The gamepad is rated for 10 hours of battery life on a single charge. The special edition of the SberBox Max media center comes with a customized launcher that provides direct access to the VK Play cloud gaming platform. As part of the bundle, users receive 10 hours of complimentary cloud gaming time.
The interface categorizes games by genre, such as action, racing, and shooters. GigaChat is utilized to generate visual assets, including covers and previews for each game section. The media center retains its core features, such as upscaling low-resolution video and personalized content recommendations based on user preferences.
