Sberbank has launched GigaPlatform AI Studio, a free service designed for users to test AI hypotheses and build custom AI agents without programming skills. The platform is accessible via Sber ID and aims to reduce the time required to develop a working prototype from weeks to hours.
The studio integrates the GigaChat model family, including the GigaChat 3.5 Reasoning version. Users can compare responses from different models, adjust generation parameters, and connect personal documents or knowledge bases to create specialized agents for tasks like HR support or sales assistance.
The platform features a visual constructor for building agents using pre-made blocks, a Deep Research mode for structured report generation from open sources, and voice processing tools for speech recognition and synthesis. Results can be exported in JSON, PDF, HTML, or Markdown formats.
Additionally, the service includes a desktop application for meeting management that transcribes calls and summarizes discussions locally without cloud uploads. Sberbank plans to provide free API access to GigaChat models directly through the studio in the future.
