Humain is assembling a specialized internal team to manage its transition to a public company. CEO Tareq Amin is recruiting professionals with experience in top management consultancies to handle financial analysis and investor relations.
The company, established in May 2025 by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), aims for a dual listing on the Saudi exchange and Nasdaq. This process is expected to take place around 2028 or 2029, approximately 3-4 years from late 2025.
Humain focuses on developing AI infrastructure and creating Arabic-language models. To support these goals, the company has established partnerships with Google, Qualcomm, and Nvidia.
On the financial side, Humain is exploring financing for data centers amounting to $5 billion or more, alongside a separate fundraising round of $2.5 billion for dedicated investments.
