Satsuma Technology, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has liquidated its entire Bitcoin holdings of 669.4867 BTC. The sales occurred between July 24 and July 31, 2026, at an average price of £47 667 per coin, generating total proceeds of £31.912 million.

The decision to wind down the strategy followed a shareholder vote on July 20, 2026, where over 90% of investors supported the capital return and delisting, overriding board opposition. The High Court approved the capital reduction on September 8, 2026.

Shareholders are set to receive £0.002734 per Class B share, with total distributions reaching approximately £30.7 million. Payments are expected to be completed by September 28, 2026, marking the end of the company's corporate Bitcoin experiment.

The company previously raised £163.6 million in August 2025 through a convertible note round led by ParaFi Capital, with participation from Pantera Capital and Digital Currency Group. At its peak, the firm held approximately 1,199 BTC.

Satsuma's share price peaked at roughly £14 in mid-2025 before falling by more than 99%. Trading in SATS shares has been suspended since July 1, 2026, and the firm will undergo a full delisting following the final payout.
