Samsung is preparing its first Googlebook, identified by the model number XE940SXA. The device recently appeared on the Geekbench 7.1.0 benchmarking platform, where it achieved a single-core score of 2,513 and a multi-core score of 15,214.
The hardware configuration includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor paired with 16GB of RAM. The 12-core processor features four cores clocked at 3.42GHz and eight cores running at 4.01GHz, complemented by an Adreno X1-85 graphics unit.
Googlebook is positioned as the successor to the Chromebook line, operating on the Android-based Googlebook OS. In September, Google announced a partnership with manufacturers including Asus, Acer, HP, Dell, and Lenovo to introduce five initial Googlebook models.
