Samsung's upcoming Galaxy SmartTag 3 tracker has appeared in the MyVoiceComm database. The device is listed in black and white versions with specific model numbers EI-T5900BBEGUS and EI-T5900BWEGUS. A four-pack option, model EI-T5900KWEGUS, is also included in the listings.
Pricing for the new tracker is set at $29.99 for a single unit, while a four-pack bundle will cost $99.99. The design features a new square shape with rounded corners, aligning with the aesthetic of recent Samsung Galaxy Watch models and One UI icons.
The device includes a physical button on the front for locating connected Galaxy phones or triggering automated routines. It supports Bluetooth, UWB technology, and the SmartThings Find network. Reports suggest the tracker may adopt the Bluetooth 6.0 standard for improved accuracy.
The tracker retains an IP67 or IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It is expected to use a replaceable CR2032 coin battery. Notably, the device appears to lack an integrated lanyard hole, requiring users to purchase separate accessories for attachment to personal items.
