Tech blogger @iIceUniverse reported on September 29 that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra will feature significant camera improvements compared to the Galaxy S26 Ultra. These adjustments focus on color processing, highlight management, and noise reduction in dark areas.

The most noticeable change is the overall color temperature of the images. While the S26 Ultra tends to produce cooler tones, the S27 Ultra shifts toward a warmer color palette, which is immediately apparent when comparing shots of the same scene taken by both devices.

The device also demonstrates better control over small, high-intensity light sources. Where the S26 Ultra might struggle with overexposure on small bright objects, the S27 Ultra effectively reduces brightness to retain details and outlines, resulting in a more accurate color representation.

These improvements apply to both the main camera and the 5x telephoto lens. Additionally, the processing algorithm has been refined to reduce noise in dark areas, leading to cleaner and smoother images, which is particularly evident when shooting in low-light conditions.
