SAIC Audi has launched the first OTA update for the E7X model, identified as version AUDI OS 2.1.4. The update introduces improvements across vehicle location, connectivity, voice control, driving dynamics, and comfort settings.
The vehicle location feature now offers light-only or light-and-horn modes with customizable durations of 5, 10, or 15 seconds. Voice interaction has been upgraded with intelligent pause recognition and emotional response capabilities, alongside new Audi assistant animations.
Driving dynamics improvements include optimized air suspension logic for energy-saving modes to reduce wind resistance at high speeds. Drivers can now adjust intelligent driving alert volumes via voice commands, and the driving assistance menu has been reorganized into four categories.
Comfort and safety features include a new eye-protection mode with low blue light settings for all cabin screens. The update also adds safety alerts for door opening when approaching traffic and visual effects for suspension adjustments, while seat recline angles are now adjustable.
