The Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 processor features increased clock speeds and support for up to 192 GB of RAM, compared to the previous 128 GB limit. The integrated Radeon 8065S graphics core shares specifications with the Radeon 8060S but operates at a higher frequency.

Performance depends on power limits. In the FEVM FAEX2 mini-PC, the power limit reaches 160 W for up to 18 minutes, whereas standard limits range between 120 W and 140 W. Under these conditions, the iGPU performance in Cyberpunk 2077 approaches that of a GeForce RTX 5060.

Tests of the GMKtec EVO-X5 Pro with a 120 W power limit show a performance increase of nearly 10% in 3DMark compared to the Radeon 8060S. In Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p Ultra settings with FSR, the system achieved an average of 69 fps. Red Dead Redemption 2 reached 87 fps.

The Radeon 8065S delivers performance comparable to entry-level discrete GPUs like the RTX 4060 and occasionally the RTX 5060. However, these systems are primarily positioned for AI tasks and feature high RAM capacities, resulting in a high price point that limits their appeal as dedicated gaming machines.
