The Elar Group has installed the Elarobot NSM 2105 robotic system at the State Archive of the Ryazan Region. This hardware is designed for the long-term storage of digital data on optical media and integrates into the existing infrastructure previously developed by the company for the archive.

The system utilizes non-rewritable Blu-ray BDXL Archival Grade discs. These media are rated for a lifespan exceeding 100 years without the need for data migration. The technology provides physical protection against unauthorized modification or deletion, ensuring data integrity even if the primary IT infrastructure is compromised.

The Elarobot NSM 2105 is part of a domestic line of hardware and software complexes included in the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products. The modular design allows for scalable configurations, supporting both online and offline storage modes, as well as the creation of geographically distributed backup systems.

This deployment follows the archive's previous adoption of ElarScan planetary scanners, which are also listed in the Ministry of Industry and Trade registry. The project aims to secure critical and highly valuable documents that have been digitized as part of the ongoing collaboration between the archive and the vendor.
