The Russian Ministry of Economic Development and RWB have launched a network of regional support centers for entrepreneurs. These centers are integrated into the RWB Sreda digital platform, combining in-person consultations with the company's ecosystem expertise.

The centers currently operate in eight cities: Kazan, Ivanovo, Ufa, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, and Yekaterinburg. They offer free consultations, lectures, and workshops for sellers, pickup point owners, and manufacturers.

A key focus is assisting businesses with the platform economy legislation that took effect on October 1, 2026. Experts will help entrepreneurs navigate new rules, government support measures, and logistics strategies.

The initiative leverages the existing infrastructure of the My Business centers, which have operated since 2019 and currently include approximately 400 branches serving 300,000 entrepreneurs annually.

Entrepreneurs can also learn about the Growth Platform program, a joint initiative by RWB and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. The program currently supports over 2,000 brands across 58 Russian regions and three neighboring countries.
