The certification process was carried out in collaboration with Logical IT. The companies redesigned their information system, restructured the infrastructure perimeter, and updated internal operational processes to ensure compliance.
The infrastructure within the scope of certification is based on domestic certified software and is protected according to current regulatory requirements.
The new domain registration rules, effective since September 1, 2026, require all Russian registrars to confirm their compliance with these security standards by January 1, 2027. This includes the implementation of 17 groups of technical security measures as mandated by FSTEC Order No. 117, which took effect on March 1, 2026.
The FSB Order No. 117, effective since April 6, 2025, establishes requirements for the use of certified cryptographic information protection tools. The certification ensures that the companies can operate within a legitimate protected perimeter when identifying domain administrators in the .ru, .рф, and .su zones via the Gosuslugi portal.
