RTK-TsOD has established a Certification Center for Trusted IT Infrastructure, operating under the Rostelecom voluntary certification system. The center will conduct independent testing of hardware and software to verify their suitability for critical information infrastructure (CII) facilities.
The scope of the center includes server equipment, data storage systems, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions. A key focus is the certification of trusted hardware-software complexes, which must be implemented at all CII sites by 2030 in accordance with Russian Government Decree No. 1912.
Testing will be performed at the company's R&D laboratory, which has been operational since 2020. The facility utilizes infrastructure across two Tier 3 data centers and has previously tested over 150 types of IT solutions for both internal and external clients.
The memorandum regarding the center's creation was signed by Rostelecom Vice President Vitaly Trepykhalin and RTK-TsOD Technical Director Alexey Zabrodin at the Digital Solutions forum. Manufacturers who successfully pass the tests will receive a certificate of compliance.
